Refund Policy

The Written Message has a 7-day return policy. Products may only be returned if faulty or damaged.

To return a product from our bookstore, contact us at admin@thewrittenmessage.com. We aim to process all returns within 2-3 working days and shall send the relevant postage instructions within the 2-3 working days period. A refund will be provided once the product has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and you must notify us within 7-days of receiving the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@thewrittenmessage.com

Notice

All of the books that we sell are unused and brand new. The majority of our books are in perfect condition however due to the age and rarity of some of these books, there may be signs of wear or dust on the books. These are from storage conditions prior to delivery to us and we ensure that the books are in the best condition possible. Any significant damage is highlighted in the product description and appropriate discounts applied.
